Tofu Cheese Spread
I love making this recipe at the start of the week. As well as giving your dishes a super-creamy texture, this tofu cheese spread adds protein!
I love serving it on toast with jam or pesto, or using it as a pasta or sandwich topping!

Ingredients
Tofu Cheese Spread
- 1 block (400 g) well-drained firm tofu
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) nutritional yeast
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) olive oil
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) vegetable milk of your choice
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) salt

Tofu Cheese Spread
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Refrigerate for at least one hour, then serve on toast, in a sandwich, or as a pasta topping!
