Pickle Margarita
As a huge pickle fan, I had to come up with a cocktail that would showcase them. My choice was a spicy margarita, which would honor my favorite spicy dill pickles!

Ingredients
Spicy Pickle Margarita
- 1 lime wedge
- 2 teaspoons (10 ml) Tajin-style spiced salt
- 2 ounces tequila
- 1 ounce triple sec
- 1/2 ounce pickle juice (I used dill pickles)
- 1 ounce lime juice
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) ice
- 1/2 pickle, cut lengthwise
- 1 sprig fresh dill (optional)

Pickle Margarita
- Rub the opening of a cocktail glass with the lime wedge.
- Place the spiced salt on a small plate. Coat the opening of the glass with the salt mixture.
- Place tequila, triple sec, pickle brine, lime juice, simple syrup and ice in a shaker. Mix vigorously. Strain into glass.
- Garnish with a slice of gherkin and dill. Enjoy!
