Mango and Sesame Smoothie
I’m finally sharing my favorite smoothie with you!!! Sesame seeds are really a discovery in this recipe, they add a little je ne sais quoi. I love making it in summer and winter!

Ingredients
Smoothie
- 2 cups (280 g) frozen mangoes
- 1 cup (250 ml) coconut milk
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) water
- 3 tablespoons (30 ml) toasted sesame seeds
- 3 tablespoons (45 ml) hemp seeds
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) lime juice
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) maple syrup
