Maple and Sea Salt Iced Latte
In the middle of the afternoon, I often need a little drink to re-energize me for the rest of my day, and this maple and sea salt iced latte is my new obsession. It mimics the taste of salted caramel, but with the right ingredients! Oatbox oat la*t is a must!

Ingredients
- 1/4 teaspoon (1.25 ml) flaked salt
- 2 tablespoon (30 ml) maple syrup (or less, to taste)
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) vanilla
- 1 or 2 shots of espresso
- 2/3 cup (160 ml) Oatbox barista oat drink
- Ice cubes

Preparation
- Place salt flakes, maple syrup and vanilla in a small Mason jar. Pour the espresso into the pot. Close the Mason jar and stir vigorously.
- If desired, froth the oat drink cold.
- Place a generous amount of ice cubes in a glass, then add the espresso and la*t. Enjoy!
