Carrot, orange and ginger juice
This juice is full of good ingredients for the skin and for health in general! I love drinking it in the morning or mid-afternoon to boost my energy! A touch of pepper is essential!

No, you don’t need to peel the ginger. Just wash it well.
However, it is sometimes worth removing the skin when it becomes dry.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups (225 g) sliced carrots
- 3 oranges, peeled
- 2 lemons, peeled
- 1 piece ginger, peel removed
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) honey (or more to taste)
- 2 cups (500 ml) water

- Place all juice ingredients in a blender. Blend until very smooth.
- Strain juice to remove pulp.
- Serve with ice or after cooling.
Note
- Keep the pulp of the juice to make a dessert or porridge.
