Breakfast Tacos
A quick breakfast that changes the game!
I love making this recipe in the morning, when I feel like eating something that will sustain me for the day! Eggs fried in dill, green onions and sesame seeds are AMAZING! They make all the difference!

Ingredients
Breakfast Tacos
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) vegetable oil
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) sesame seeds
- 3 tablespoons (45 ml) coarsely chopped fresh dill
- 2 eggs
- Salt and pepper
- 1 avocado, mashed
- 1 tablespoon (15 mL) lime juice
- 2 small wraps
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) mayonnaise
- Hot pepper flakes
- Dairy free feta (optional)

Preparation
Breakfast Tacos
- In a nonstick skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat and cook the scallions for 1 minute. Add the sesame seeds and dill and cook for a further 1 minute.
- Break the eggs into the pan, season lightly with salt and pepper and cook for 3 minutes, or until crisp on the outside.
- In a small dish, mash the avocado and mix with the lime and a little salt.
- Top tacos with mayonnaise, avocado, fried egg, hot pepper flakes and feta.
