Air Fryer Breakfast Cookie
Ingredients
  • 1/3 cup (80 ml) quick oats
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 banana, mashed
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) vegetable oil
  • 1/2 red apple, peeled and cubed
  • A few chocolate chips for garnish

Preparation
  • Preheat Air Fryer to 360°F.
  • In a bowl, combine quick oats, flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Add the banana, maple syrup and oil and stir. Add the apple and mix gently.
  • Place the breakfast cookie mixture on a piece of parchment paper, forming a cookie shape. Sprinkle with a few chocolate chips and place in the Air Fryer. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes.
