Air Fryer Breakfast Cookie
A comforting, nourishing and naturally sweetened breakfast!
This Air Fryer breakfast cookie is a real revelation for me! It’s super satisfying and easy to make, you absolutely have to try it!

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup (80 ml) quick oats
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) flour
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) cinnamon
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 banana, mashed
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) vegetable oil
- 1/2 red apple, peeled and cubed
- A few chocolate chips for garnish

Preparation
- Preheat Air Fryer to 360°F.
- In a bowl, combine quick oats, flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Add the banana, maple syrup and oil and stir. Add the apple and mix gently.
- Place the breakfast cookie mixture on a piece of parchment paper, forming a cookie shape. Sprinkle with a few chocolate chips and place in the Air Fryer. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes.
