Dirty Aperol Spritz
Nothing screams summer like a good Aperol Spritz! Here’s a dirty version with some olive brine!
Honestly, I won’t be able to drink it any other way… Aperol with olive juice really is a fiery combo!

Ingredients
Aperol Spritz
- 2/3 cup (100 g) ice cubes
- 2 ounces Aperol
- 3 ounces Prosecco or sparkling wine
- 1/2 or 3/4 ounce green olive brine (to taste)
Garnish
- 1 orange slice
- A few green olives
