Honestly, I won’t be able to drink it any other way… Aperol with olive juice really is a fiery combo!

Ingredients

Aperol Spritz

  • 2/3 cup (100 g) ice cubes
  • 2 ounces Aperol
  • 3 ounces Prosecco or sparkling wine
  • 1/2 or 3/4 ounce green olive brine (to taste)

Garnish

  • 1 orange slice
  • A few green olives
