Cranberry and Rosemary Spritz
If there’s one cocktail you should try this festive season, it’s this one!
This festive spritz with cranberry rosemary syrup is lightly scented and super pretty!
- Preparation time: 10 minutes
- Cooking time: 5 minutes
Ingredients
Rosemary and cannaberry syrup
- 2 cups (210 g) frozen cranberries
- 3 large orange zests
- 3 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 2/3 cup (160 ml) fresh orange juice
- 1/2 cup (105 g) sugar
- 1 cup (250 ml) water
- 1/4 teaspoon (1.25 ml) salt
Spritz
- Ice
- 3/4 ounce Aperol
- 1 ounce cranberry syrup
- 1/2 ounce lemon juice
- 3 ounces Prosecco
- Frozen cranberries
- Rosemary sprigs

Preparation
Cranberry and rosemary syrup
- Place all the ingredients in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Reduce heat to medium and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Strain the syrup through a sieve and chill for a few minutes.
Spritz
- Put the ice cubes in a large wine glass. Add the Aperol, cranberry syrup and lemon juice and stir gently with a spoon. Add the Prosecco, a few cranberries and a sprig of rosemary. Repeat for as many cocktails as you like.
Note
- The syrup makes about 4 to 5 spritzers!
