This recipe for chocolate clementines is simple, sweet but not too sweet, and ready in a snap! What’s more, it’s clementine season and if you’re like me, there are always some in your fruit basket!

Chocolate Dipped Clementines
- 5 clementines, peeled
- 1 cup (180 g) melted chocolate chips
- Zest of 1 well-washed clementine
- Falky salt for garnish

Chocolate Dipped Clementines
- Dip the clementine pieces in the chocolate and place on a large plate. Sprinkle with clementine zest and fleur de sel.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Enjoy once the chocolate has hardened.
