Peanut Butter, Raspberry and Chocolate Yoghurt Cups
These yogurt cups are really my type of dessert: simple, not too sweet, fresh and icy. They are perfect for when you’re craving something sweet and are done in no time at all. I recommend to meal prep them at the beginning of the week!
For those of you who are fans of easy frozen desserts, I recommend you try my banana frozen chocolate bar!

- 1 1/2 cups (375 ml) dairy-free vanilla yogurt
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) peanut butter
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) frozen raspberries, thawed
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) maple syrup
- 1/3 cup (80 ml) chocolate chips, melted

Yogurt Cups
- In a small bowl, combine yogurt and peanut butter.
- In a shallow dish, mash the thawed raspberries and mix with the maple syrup.
- Place yogurt mixture in two small bowls or ramekins, followed by raspberry mixture and melted chocolate. Leave the chocolate to harden in the fridge for about 30 minutes. Serve.
