Raspberry Gin Sour
I fell in love with this cocktail! I already liked sour cocktails, but the addition of raspberries, lime juice and cinnamon makes this one really special and festive. The colour is stunning!

Ingredients
Gin Sour
- 10 raspberries
- 3 ounces gin
- 1 ounce dry vermouth
- 1 ounce simple syrup or maple syrup
- 1 1/2 ounces lime juice
- 1 pinch cinnamon (optional but TOO good!)
- 1 ounce egg white
- 6 ice cubes
Toppings
- 6 raspberries

Preparation
- Put the raspberries at the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Use a mortar and pestle to purée the raspberries. Add the remaining ingredients, except the ice cubes, and mix vigorously. Add the ice cubes and mix again. Strain into two cocktail glasses. Garnish with three raspberries on a cocktail stick.
