Preparation

Oatmeal

  • Mix the Oatbox Cocoa and Raspberry Fridge Oats, oat milk, vanilla and salt in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
  • In a small bowl, mash the raspberries with a fork and mix with the chia seeds and maple syrup to make an express jam. Allow the chia seeds to soak for a few minutes.
  • Pour the oatmeal into two bowls and gently spoon the jam over each bowl.
  • Put the chocolate chips in a bowl and microwave for about 1 minute or until melted. Pour the melted chocolate over the oatmeal and gently spread over the jam to cover. Refrigerate for about thirty minutes before serving!
