Chocolate and Raspberry Oatmeal in the Fridge
If you love overnight oats, this recipe is for you! This chocolate and raspberry oatmeal is the kind of recipe I like to make myself at the beginning of the week so that I have some every morning! It’s such a great way to start my day and I’m sure it will be the same for you if you ever decide to try this delicious Oatbox breakfast!

Ingredients
Oatmeal
- 1 cup (120g) Oatbox Cocoa and Raspberry Fridge Oats
- 1 1/4 cups (310 ml) Oatbox Oat Milk
- 1 teaspoon (5ml) vanilla
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup (125ml) raspberries
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) white chia seeds
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) maple syrup
- 1/3 cup (60g) dark chocolate chips, dairy free

Oatmeal
- Mix the Oatbox Cocoa and Raspberry Fridge Oats, oat milk, vanilla and salt in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
- In a small bowl, mash the raspberries with a fork and mix with the chia seeds and maple syrup to make an express jam. Allow the chia seeds to soak for a few minutes.
- Pour the oatmeal into two bowls and gently spoon the jam over each bowl.
- Put the chocolate chips in a bowl and microwave for about 1 minute or until melted. Pour the melted chocolate over the oatmeal and gently spread over the jam to cover. Refrigerate for about thirty minutes before serving!
