Jalapeño Martini
I love anything with a spicy kick, so don’t be surprised if I tell you I had to create a spicy martini recipe. I decided to make it with pickled jalapeño brine and it is SO good, probably my summer cocktail (along with my pickle margarita…).

Spicy Martini
- 2 ounces vodka
- 1/4 ounce dry vermouth
- 1/2 ounce jalapeño brine
- Ice
- 1/2 jalapeno pepper for garnish

Spicy Martini
- Place the vodka, vermouth, jalapeño brine and ice in a shaker. Mix vigorously. Strain into glass.
- Garnish with half a fresh jalapeño. Enjoy!
