Devils Margarita
Here’s THE perfect cocktail to serve at your next Halloween party! This spicy margarita features raspberries and chilli peppers, it’s just the right amount of spicy!

Ingredients
Raspberry and Chili Syrup
- 1/2 cup (60 g) frozen raspberries
- 1/3 cup (70 g) white sugar
- 3/4 cup (180 ml) water
- 1 chili pepper, sliced
Margarita
- Spicy salt
- 1 1/2 ounces tequila
- 1 ounce Cointreau or Triple Sec
- 1 ounce lime juice
- Ice cubes
- 1/2 ounce raspberry syrup
- 2 chili pepper ends

Preparation
Raspberry and Chili Syrup
- Bring all the syrup ingredients to the boil in a saucepan. Reduce the heat to medium and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Strain the syrup and store it in a Mason jar.
Margarita
- Place a small amount of spicy salt, such as Tajin, on a small plate. Using a lime wedge, coat the rim of a cocktail glass in the salt.
- Pour tequila, Cointreau, lime juice and ice cubes into a shaker. Close the shaker and shake vigorously.
- Add more ice cubes to the cocktail glass and pour the syrup into the bottom of the glass. Pour the margarita mixture into the glass, adding two chilli peppers for garnish. (See photo.)
