Carrot, orange and ginger juice
Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups (225 g) sliced carrots
  • 3 oranges, peeled
  • 2 lemons, peeled
  • 1 piece ginger, peel removed
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) honey (or more to taste)
  • 2 cups (500 ml) water
  • Ice cubes

Preparation
  • Place all juice ingredients in a blender. Blend until very smooth.
  • Strain juice to remove pulp.
  • Serve with ice or after cooling.

  • Keep the pulp of the juice to make a dessert or porridge.
