Garlic and Olive Dipping Oil
Whenever I have guests over for an aperitif or dinner, I always serve oil for the bread.
It’s always the fastest to go, and everyone loves it!
I often try new combinations of ingredients, and I can guarantee that the one I’m proposing today is incredible!
The combination of garlic, parsley, green olives, smoked paprika and lemon zest is WOW!
It’s quick, simple and perfect for 5 à 7!

Ingredients
Dipping Oil
- 1/3 cup (80 ml) olive oil
- 2 tablespoon (30 ml) white balsamic vinegar (or regular)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons (45 ml) finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup (50 g) pitted green olives, coarsely chopped or sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) smoked paprika
- Zest of 1 well-washed lemon
- 1/4 teaspoon (1.25 ml) salt
- Pepper, to taste
- Fresh bread of your choice, sliced
