Homemade Chocolate Protein Bars
Ever since I (finally) discovered a plant-based protein powder that I love, I’ve been having so much fun creating nurrishing breakfasts, snacks and desserts! I use Good Protein, which I discovered a few months ago, and I can’t get enough of it!

Ingredients
Homemade Protein Bars
- 1/3 cup (80 ml) creamy peanut or almond butter
- 3 tablespoons (45 ml) melted coconut oil
- 3 tablespoons (45 ml) plant based milk of your choice
- 2 teaspoons (10 ml) vanilla
- 2/3 cup (160 ml) Good Protein all-in-one chocolate fudge drink
- 3/4 cup (180 ml) oat flour (rolled oats reduced to flour in a blender)
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) cocoa
- 1/4 teaspoon (1.25 ml) salt
- 1/3 cup (80 ml) dairy-free chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) peanut butter
- Flaky salt for garnish

Preparation
Homemade Protein Bars
- In a large bowl, combine peanut butter, coconut oil, plant based milk and vanilla. Add Good Protein all-in-one mix, oat flour, cocoa and salt and mix well.
- Place the mixture on a large piece of parchment paper and press with your hands to create a rectangle.
- Place the chocolate chips and peanut butter in a bowl and melt in the microwave for about 1 minute, or until the chocolate chips are well melted. Mix well and spread the melted chocolate over the protein mixture.
- Freeze for 30 to 40 minutes. Cut into bars and sprinkle with flaky salt.
- Store remaining bars in a sealed dish in the refrigerator for up to 6 days.
