Ingredients
Spicy meat substitute mixture
- 340 g Beyond Meat or meat substitute
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 2 teaspoons (10 mL) paprika
- 1 teaspoon (5 mL) thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon (1.25 mL) salt
- Pepper, to taste
Big Mac Sauce
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) vegan or regular mayo
- 1 tablespoon (15 mL) white vinegar
- 2 teaspoon (10 mL) yellow mustard
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) finely chopped pickles
- 2 teaspoons (10 mL) paprika
- 1 teaspoon (5 mL) honey
- 1/4 teaspoon (1.25 mL) salt
- Pepper, to taste
Salad
- 1 iceberg lettuce, coarsely chopped
- 1 1/2 cup (375 mL) cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) finely chopped red onion
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) coarsely chopped dill

Spicy meat substitute mixture
- In a non-stick pan, cook Beyond Meat over medium-high heat, breaking it up with a wooden spoon for 3 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and cook for another 4 minutes, stirring often. Reserve.
Big Mac Sauce
- In a small bowl, combine all sauce ingredients.
Salad
- In a large bowl, combine all salad ingredients with the spicy meat substitute mixture and Big Mac sauce. Enjoy!
