Marry Me White Beans
This recipe is a vegan adaptation of the famous marry me chicken! I keep seeing this dish on social medias so I had to give it my personal touch! I decided to use white beans as a protein with cream and vegetable parmesan. The result is perfect and it doesn’t take more than 15 minutes to prepare!!!
Enjoy!

Frequently asked questions
I love how convenient and quick canned legumes are. I have trouble planning meals ahead of time, so I like having this option on hand.
On the other hand, dried and soaked legumes have a firmer texture and don’t fall apart as easily.
