Toasted Sesame Edamame Dip
I think I have a real obsession with dips… Especially with this one!
Indeed, the toasted sesame takes this dip to another level! I also find it really fun to use all kinds of legumes to make my dips! Here, the edamame adds a superb texture!

Ingredients
Edamame Dip
- 1 1/2 cups (375 ml) frozen edamame, thawed
- 1 avocado
- 2 green onions, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) coarsely chopped fresh coriander (or basil)
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) toasted sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) olive oil
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) lime juice
- 2 teaspoons (10 mL) honey
- 3/4 teaspoon (3.75 mL) salt
- Pepper, to taste
Toppings
- 1/2 avocado, cubed
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) sesame seeds
- Drizzle of olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Choice of toasted pitas or crackers
