Quick Salsa Verde
If there’s one thing you need to know about me, it’s that I love Mexican food, especially when it’s spicy. It’s a cuisine full of flavour and freshness! Lime, spices, avocado, fresh herbs and …. salsas!
I never cooked salsa verde before, but I was particularly craving it, so I decided to make a quick version with canned tomatillos. It may not be the traditional way to cook it, but it saves time and is just as fresh and tasty!
