Festive Olive Oil Dip
You loved my Garlic Olive Oil Dip with Green Olives so much that I’ve decided to offer you a festive version that’s just as delicious for the festive season! It’s THE easy recipe par excellence and perfect as an aperitif! The combination of cranberries, orange, garlic and rosemary is GOOD!

Ingredients
Olive oil dip
- 1/3 cup (80 ml) olive oil
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) white wine vinegar
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons (45 ml) finely chopped dried cranberries
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) finely chopped fresh rosemary
- Zest of 1/2 well-washed orange
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) hot pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon (1.25 ml) salt

- Gently mix all the oil ingredients in a shallow dish.
- Serve with sliced bread.
