Carrot, Orange and Ginger Juice
This juice is full of ingredients that are good for your skin and overall health! I love drinking it in the morning or mid-afternoon for an energy boost. The hint of pepper is essential!

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups (225 g) sliced carrots
- 3 oranges, peeled
- 2 lemons, peeled
- 1 piece ginger, peel removed
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) honey
- 2 cups water

Preparation
- Place all of the juice ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Strain the juice to remove the pulp.
- Serve with ice or once cooled.
Note
- Save the pulp from the juice to use in desserts or porridge.
