This juice is full of ingredients that are good for your skin and overall health! I love drinking it in the morning or mid-afternoon for an energy boost. The hint of pepper is essential!

Carrot, Orange and Ginger Juice
Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups (225 g) sliced carrots
  • 3 oranges, peeled
  • 2 lemons, peeled
  • 1 piece ginger, peel removed
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) honey
  • 2 cups water

Preparation
  • Place all of the juice ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Strain the juice to remove the pulp.
  • Serve with ice or once cooled.

Note

  • Save the pulp from the juice to use in desserts or porridge.
