To start, I’d like to suggest a delicious white bean dip with green olive salsa. It’s the perfect dish to serve at the start of a party!

For the main courses, I decided to reproduce two Christmas classics, but with a modern twist and only with vegan ingredients! The mushroom stew with mashed potatoes and cauliflower is both comforting and refined. For my vegetarian Swedish meatballs, I’ve added my personal touch with a spicy cranberry sauce!

As a side dish, I’ve prepared a recipe for crispy Brussels sprouts from FEU!!!! The maple-balsamic reduction makes all the difference.

Finally, to round off any feast, I’ve developed (with the help of my generous mom) a raspberry cake with blood orange icing that will impress all your guests!
